We develop musical abilities of the baby ... from the cradle

Not all of us - the parents - have graduated from music school, not all of us sing and play musical instruments. But we all want our baby to be musically developed. And not by chance. Musical abilities are associated with the aesthetic development of a person, his ability for creativity, and, in the most general form, with culture in general. However, not every child shows musical abilities, not all children like to sing or listen, for example, Chopin's sonatas. And this is due to the musical "education" of the baby in the first days and months of life.

Not surprisingly, all Vietnamese have a perfect ear for music. In Vietnamese, the same word pronounced in different keys has a different meaning. A newborn baby from birth learns to recognize the characteristics of the sound of the word, "music of the language," while listening to the speech of their parents.

Musical abilities begin to form when the child is able to hear music, that is, still in the womb. Therefore, you can already listen to music during pregnancy.Of course, music should cause positive emotions in mothers, because her psycho-emotional state greatly affects the child developing in her womb. The music should be calm, beautiful, melodious, to cause the state of "grace descended." The perception of music to a certain extent has an impact on the human psyche, causes different emotions and mental states: there is depressive music that causes inexplicable anxiety, fear; there is soothing music, music for meditation. We must be kept from listening to music and songs that torment a person, make them suffer.
If you carefully consider your feelings, you yourself will be able to understand what kind of music the child likes more, which affects him soothingly, which is exciting, and which causes anxiety. After birth, the baby will also react to the same music; fall asleep to the music that led to his calming in the womb, rejoice and smile while listening to music that he liked. If a mother sings a lot to her unborn baby during pregnancy, after birth he is more likely than other children to respond to my mother’s voice and also try to publishmelodious sounds. Singing the future mother helps to improve her mental state and emotional stability.

According to P.Tyulenev, an innovative teacher, the ability to perceive and even compose music is just as inherent in any person, as is the ability to stand upright. But these abilities will never manifest themselves if they are not developed: the child will grow up without a musical ear, if he does not hear the music and does not see the singing people.
It is possible to develop a musical ear and acquaint with a graphic image of a note writing for all children, without exception, starting from the cradle. The goal of learning music is to nurture the soul of the child.
Musical abilities consist of the ability to hear and perceive music, the ability to reproduce it. The third component is the ability to create music. It is clear that the ability to play and compose music is based on the ability to perceive it.

That is why it is necessary to surround the child with the world of melodies. Not later than a year, the baby should see a close, meaningful person singing and playing a musical instrument. And we will remember that the human voice is the most perfect "musical instrument".Therefore, it is so necessary to sing the baby songs from birth and sing as much as possible, use lullabies when laying the child to sleep (of course, it is better to do it to the parent who has a hearing). The child must hear how the mother sings.
You can sing about anything (according to the principle: what I see, and sing about it), not necessarily certain songs, you can sing even without words, because words are just an addition to the music. It is always nice for a baby to hear his mother's voice. If the child sees that the mother sings, that it gives her joy, he will also begin to sing. If the mother does not sing, and the child listens only to the recordings, he may think that the music comes only from this box, and there is no other way. It is very good if the family sing: mom, dad, grandmother, grandfather. The child will look, and then he will begin to sing. If everyone is silent, like fish, and sings only radio, then it will be very difficult for a child to understand that you can sing yourself.

That is why it is necessary for the child to sing by himself, to take the child to different holidays, where they sing, dance, on the street, in the concert hall. But for a short time, about five to ten minutes, if there is such an opportunity. For example, on the feast day of the city, when there is a lot of music, dance, various performances. You can first listen in one place, then in another.
In addition, there is evidence that children who do not sing lullabies grow more selfish and evil. Kazakhs even have such a saying about an evil person: "It can be seen that his mother did not sing lullabies when he was a child." Here we are talking not so much about musical development, as about the formation of the psycho-emotional sphere of a person, the development of his spiritual qualities. You can use audio recordings. And here it is very important to observe the principle - from simple to complex.
You should not put a kid from birth, for example, a concert for piano and orchestra of Beethoven, at first - simple melodic songs. For this purpose, you can use folk songs: both Russian and Ukrainian, with simple, pleasant to the ear melodies, repetition of choruses, easily perceived and memorable. You can also use children's songs, which also have simple melodies and a small vocabulary.

Consider the following:
· Music must be light and cause delight.
· Ringtones should be well matched.
· Execution must be of the highest possible level.

It is worth avoiding music that works exclusively on the lower energy centers.According to research results, such music leads to an increased risk of using cigarettes, alcohol and drugs.
Masaru Ibuka, head of the large Japanese concern Sony, in his book on the development of babies, recommends that you include Bach music during the first year of life.

You can also use works by Kobalevsky, Vivaldi, Handel. Experience shows that the music of Rachmaninov, Wagner, as well as the works of fatal and jazz performers have a negative impact on the development of a child in the first year of life, since this music is the most difficult for a child to perceive.
And we must remember that the harsh sounds, claps, rumble can frighten a newborn baby. That is why it is better to abandon the rattles that create noise. The use of rattles leads to a violation of the formation of the musical ear of the baby. In addition, the rattle itself is not a developing element. It is primitive, and it’s enough for a child to study it for a few minutes so that it no longer arouses interest. Indeed, it is such a time that the baby needs to examine it, touch it, lick it, hear its sound, that is, study it from all sides. Therefore, the use of rattles rather harms than contributes to the development of the child.

For listening, it is better to offer the kid a recording of a “live” sound, not in electronic processing. These can be live recordings, where you can hear laughter, enthusiastic shouts in the hall, and applause that form a certain emotional background for the perception of music.
The kid needs to listen to music of various styles and genres, music of various historical eras or geographical places. It is difficult for a child to concentrate on one thing for a long time in the first year of his life; he is inclined to quickly shift his attention. For a complete perception of a musical work, it requires a long concentration of attention, a concert is not a picture that can be viewed at a glance, therefore, recordings of short pieces of music by different composers or different countries or styles are more suitable for a kid. It is necessary to select music in such a way that passages follow each other, not similar in style, nor in genre, nor in character, nor in tempo. This is done in order to preserve the interest of the child: the baby will have the opportunity to switch. The length of the passages should not exceed 5-10 minutes, otherwise he will lose interest in music.

Do I need to acquaint children with the authors and speak the names of the directions?
In the first year of life, the baby should not go into a detailed study of the directions. You can, of course, say that this is classical music, and this is folklore, and so on. You can call the composer and, if there is his portrait, show. But just when the music sounds, or before listening, or after it. Abstractly show portraits of composers abstractedly from the music does not make sense. If you have favorite music, you can hang a portrait of your favorite composer on the wall and say, for example: "You and I listen to the work" In the Cave of the Mountain King, "Edward Grieg wrote it. Here is his portrait. He lived then, in such and such a country ". Tell a story about him. Memorizing the facts from the life of Edvard Grieg in a year and a half does not make sense.

In addition, for the development of hearing, a child should hear various sounds of natural and unnatural origin: the rustling of leaves, the nightingale singing, the murmur of water, the chatter of a grasshopper, the sound of rain, the sounds of the engine of a departing car.Children love to listen to sounds made by animals and birds, for them it is very interesting. With a child in a year and a half, you can play games with eyes closed: to determine who or what belongs to the sound. But for this, the child must know what kind of sound a particular animal, bird, insect makes, how inanimate objects sound. For example, you hear that a car is buzzing in the street, you say to your baby: "Listen, the car is buzzing in the street." In the same way as we call a child different objects, we call him different sounds. It is good to play in the forest, in the yard, to try to determine to whom or what this or that sound belongs. If we do not call sounds, the baby will not learn to recognize them by ear. After all, this is "street music", and you also need to be able to hear it.
Everyone can learn to understand, feel "music of the language" and "language of music". We just want to open the mysterious door to the wonderful world of musical fairy tales.
Music can be for you and your little wise and good friend, who will be with you forever.
