Exercise 1. Stand straight, put your legs shoulder-width apart, feet - parallel to each other, knees should be relaxed and slightly bent. Mentally imagine that a thin and strong thread goes from the top of your head to the ceiling. This exercise will allow you to set your posture correctly. Holding this state, start slowly unwinding your body from side to side around the circumference. Repeat 10 times.

Exercise 2.Put your legs shoulder width apart. Slowly on the inhale, spread your arms to the sides, lift the rib cage forward, bend your back.Then lower your arms down, bend your chest inward, round your back, pull your shoulders forward, fold your arms in front of you. Repeat 10 times.
Exercise 3.Squeeze the legs tightly to the floor. Move in a wave-like motion from the legs forward, backward, sideways. Imagine you are a kelp growing on the seabed. Your feet, being roots, cannot budge, but the head, arms, shoulders, torso, hips and knees are algae stems and constantly fluctuate under the influence of an imaginary sea current. Repeat 10 times.
Exercise 4.Put your legs shoulder-width apart, feet firmly pressed to the floor, let your arms hang loosely along the body. Begin to swing the torso in waves to the sides - from left to right. Repeat 10 times.
Exercise 5.Put your legs together, press your feet firmly to the floor, bend your knees, rounding the back and neck, tucking the tailbone and the back inward, bending your knees, put your hands on your hips. Straightening the legs, first relax the tailbone, bend the lower back, vertebra behind the vertebra straighten your back, then lift your neck and head. Repeat 10 times.
